Use this QuickForm Indirect Channel Alliance Program Exhibit to authorize Alliance Members to distribute your software.

Your software may be distributed as standalone products, embedded in value-added applications, bundled with product suites or pre-installed on hardware (OEM).

You can assign territories, specify the party responsible for various levels of customer support, provide for training and marketing support, grant program licenses and more.

Display the Table of Contents for this Document. If you only want to pay a straight sales commission to an Alliance Member who refers Customers to license your software directly from you, consider the QuickForm "Sales Commission Alliance Program" instead.

Alliances are arranged in a hub-and-spoke structure. The Master Agreement is the "hub" and Alliance Exhibits are "spokes" activating Alliances.

To activate an alliance, draft the Master Agreement and the Alliance Exhibit (sold separately). DO NOT sign an Alliance Exhibit without the Master Agreement.
