This QuickForm System Maintenance Agreement creates an agreement for ongoing post-warranty maintenance of computer systems comprised of both hardware and software.

The software may be a standalone product, a value-added application, a base product on which applications are built, or software that is custom-developed or customized for a specific user.

The parties may be a System Vendor and its immediate End-User Customer. Or, it may involve a middleman, such as an independent service organization, that passes through upgrades and handles Customer level support issues. In cases of middlemen, the Agreement can allocate different levels of responsibility between the parties for resolving software errors (FPOC, 1st Level, 2nd Level, etc.).

Maintenance service includes periodic issuance of System Upgrades, as well as Call-in Maintenance to resolve system malfunctions.

It can also include Training Services and Consulting Maintenance Services to customize, install, test, configure or otherwise troubleshoot support problems. Very popular for maintenance of corporate systems. Recently updated - one of our best.
